Minnesota is often seen as a leader in reproductive healthcare, yet access to abortion services is increasingly under strain. Clinics face growing demand from out-of-state patients, and there are declining numbers of providers, funding threats, and health clinic closures in high-need communities.

From Learning to Action brings together  the National Council of Jewish Women Minnesota (NCJW MN) and coalition partners Jewish Community Action Minnesota and Unrestrict Minnesota for issue education and advocacy skill-building designed to meet this moment. Participants will deepen their understanding of the many dimensions of abortion access; including geography, clinic safety, insurance coverage, and provider availability, while strengthening the skills needed to advocate effectively.

This program is designed to inform, empower, and inspire participants to take action to safeguard abortion access in Minnesota.

Session 1 will include speakers Jill Lock from Pro-choice MN, Jill Collins Mattson from Reproductive Health Alliance, Geri Katz from Jewish Community Action, as well as State representatives members of the Repro Caucus.

Session 2 will be held in mid May, date TBD.
