July 17
Good Trouble Lives On Twin Cities
6:00 pm — 8:30 pm
Hennepin County Government Center Plaza
300 South 6th St.
Minneapolis, MN 55487
On July 17th, is the 5th anniversary of Rep. John Lewis’ passing and we are supporting the effort to get people to attend a Good Trouble event in the Twin Cities, to demand that Congress protect our rights and ensure free and fair elections for all. John Lewis taught us that nonviolent direct action is a moral force, and that we must confront injustice wherever it lives – whether in the halls of power, in courts, or on our own streets.
If heading to the main rally in downtown Minneapolis doesn’t work for you, there are other rallies throughout the greater Twin Cities metro on July 17.
