Minnesotans for Equal Rights: Virtual Forum

Join us for a virtual forum on Minnesota’s efforts around a Equal Rights Amendment.

The Minnesotan’s for Equal Rights Coalition, housed within Gender Justice and of which NCJW MN is a member, is working hard to put an Equal Rights Amendment on the ballot. A constitutional amendment is the strongest, most lasting way to protect our rights. The Minnesota ERA explicitly protects against discrimination based on race, color, national origin, ancestry, disability, sex, pregnancy, pregnancy outcomes, gender identity, gender expression, and sexual orientation. Hear from experts working on the amendment, as well as about the successful efforts in NY.
