UnRestrict Minnesota: Rally at the Courts!

Earlier this year, an unprecedented coalition of nearly two dozen organizations that represent a broad spectrum of Minnesotans from every corner of the state came together to support a legal challenge to a network of anti-abortion restrictions that make it harder for people to get the health care they need.

Now the state is requesting a judge throw out this legal challenge, despite the fact that the Minnesota state constitution provides strong legal protections for people who need to end their pregnancies.
